Omid Rouhani was appointed to design a B+G+1+Loft custom home on the world acclaimed Palm Jumeira. Palm Jumeira is a manmade Island in the shape of a palm off the coast of Dubai. The water front site is overlooking the open sea and the Jumeira Beach Residence and Dubai Marina skyline. The views from this home are breathtaking. The house is designed to accommodate the views from all the first floor rooms by having their windows facing the main view. The home can be accessed either from the basement parking or by a bridge that is inspired by the ancient castle draw-bridges of the middle age.
Upon entering through the full height central pivot door, you enter into to triple height atrium space that over looks the primal view of the sea and the city skyline. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is in itself a loft space with a private seating area on the upper floor. The private loft and master bedroom enjoy a remarkable indoor and outdoor experience due to its automated full opening double height glazing system.
