The S house

N Fond, Palm Jumeirah,

Omid Rouhani was appointed to design a small family home on the Palm Jumeirah, a man-made Island in the shape of a palm on the coast of Dubai.
This water front site is located on the N frond. The open plan house was designed to maximise the beach and sea views.
The roof garden and jacuzzi are the most ideal spaces for entertainment.
A series of shading devices help direct solar gain in the hot summer months.
