Omid Rouhani was appointed to renovate and extend a G+1 custom home on the world acclaimed Palm Jumeriah.
A man-made Island in the shape of a palm on the coast of Dubai.
This existing Riviera Style home was originally built by Nakheel and has been heavily modified to conceal its origins.
The aim was to design a modern chic home with ample views to the open sea and beach.
As part of the design, all finishes were changed and re-specified.
