Omid Rouhani Architectural Design was appointed to redesign a two storey home while the superstructure construction was in progress. The original traditional and floor plan was maximised and efficiency increased. ORAD also replaced the original proposed traditional elevation by a clean modern external envelope, complemented by a newly proposed pool and landscape design.
